The restaurant
Just like its counterpart on the Champs Elysées, Fouquet's in Cannes promotes the great French brasserie traditions: fried veal liver, mustard onions or Simon Duvall's chitterling sausages. The simple classics and gourmet dishes on the menu include Mediterranean touches such as roasted or grilled fish and Arborio risottos.
Diners savour their delicious dishes in the brand new settings designed by Pascal Desprez, in the sunshine of the veranda or on the terrace by the pool.
